De Minimis Letter: Gateway Park
The Manchester Department of Public Works has submitted a letter to the Federal Highway Administration summarizing its intent for a de minimis impact determination for Gateway Park, located at the corner of Commercial St. and Granite St., which states that the new pedestrian bridge will not negatively affect the park.
